How do you use back extensions to open the chest and spine and release the lungs and ribs?
How can back bends increase the over all flexibility of the body?
Why are back extensions so important for good natural posture and positive attitude?
In this workshop we will explore and experience how to approach practicing back bends and is intended for both students and teachers.
The workshop will cover the various back extensions exercises, how to prepare and progress to the full interpretation of the exercises as well as when and how to modify.
Workshop includes exercises such as: Swan Dive, Breast Stroke, Flying Eagle, Rocking and Grasshopper.
