Frequently Asked Questions

Payment – payments can be made by cash, check or credit card either per individual class or in series. There are no membership fees. All appointments are held to a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.

Amenities – Water, towels and some sundries are available and compliments of the studio.

What to wear – comfortable athletic wear or clothing, preferably a fitted shirt (so we can watch your abs work). Please refrain from wearing perfumes, colognes, or scented lotions.
