- increase range of movement in the toes, feet, and ankles
- release chronic tension and plantar fascitis
- straighten and even reduce hammertoes and bunions
- balance your weight to support ankles, knees, and hips
In a few short hours, you'll see how good your feet can feel without relying on orthotics or aggressive (and usually ineffectual) surgeries.
